If you live in Indianapolis or surrounding areas and want to check your eligibility for the Medicaid Waiver, then local nonprofit CICOA can help you. The State of Indiana partners with CICOA to process these Medicaid Waiver applications.

 

CICOA gives you three options to get the application process started:
